Location traces, identity and an assistant. These principles are non-negotiable.
Precise punch coordinates and contact details are encrypted before storage with per-business keys, on top of encryption at rest and in transit. Names and email are kept in plain form to run your workspace.
No query can cross a business boundary, and that isolation is covered by tests. Larger customers can talk to us about a dedicated environment.
Identifiers are tokenised and coordinates reduced to derived features before any model call. Assistant processing runs under zero-retention, no-training terms.
Location is recorded at punch events, with consent-gated presence checks, never continuous tracking. Retention is configurable with auto-purge.
